We act as a facilitator and advisor only. We do not provide building, legal, financial, or real estate agency services. All building contracts are entered into directly between you (the client) and the builder, Architect, Mortgage Broker, Building Inspector
No Legal, Financial, or Construction Advice
The information and services we provide are for general guidance only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional building advice. We recommend you seek independent advice from licensed professionals such as solicitors, financial advisors, and building inspectors where necessary.
We do not hold a building licence, financial services licence, or real estate agent licence.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we carefully vet the professionals and builders we refer, we cannot and do not guarantee:
- The final price, timeline, or outcome of your building project
- The performance, conduct, or quality of work of third-party builders or architects
Any contracts you sign with builders or service providers are between you and them directly. We are not a party to those contracts.
How We Make Money
Most of our services are provided to clients free of charge. We are remunerated through referral fees paid to us by the professionals once you engage their services. This fee does not increase the price you pay to the professionals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeBuild Hub, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, services, or reliance on any information provided.
Intellectual Property
