We help you develop custom floor plans, provide AI-backed visualisations, and guide you through council approval processes to achieve the best outcome. The result: a cost-effective, personalized design that suits both your lifestyle and your land.

With your home design in place, we manage a competitive tender process to secure the best value and quality from our network of pre-vetted builders. Instead of dealing with sales reps or inflated prices, you’ll receive three carefully selected builder options matched to your design, budget, and build priorities.
We educate you on build quality, display homes, and contract details so you can make a confident, informed choice. Our strict process ensures transparency, protects you from hidden costs, and aligns builder quotes with your exact requirements.

BuildGuard
This is the stage where we have finalised the tender, secured all necessary council approvals, and your builder is ready to commence construction.
Throughout the build, we provide you with regular updates and hold detailed monthly meetings to review progress together. In addition, you’ll have direct contact with your builder for important milestones such as selecting themes, providing input on finishes, reviewing electrical layouts, and more, ensuring you’re involved and informed every step of the way.
